Daily Operations Control Systems (RailDOCS) is an integrated suite of
business systems that tracks the design, operation, and maintenance
data for your communication and signal assets.
RailDOCS replaces traditional project management tools, spreadsheets,
phone calls, e-mails, faxes, and other paper-based solutions with a
single, integrated web-based application that guides managers easily
through vast amounts of data to support real-time decisions.
RailDOCS keeps up with the latest FRA rules and regulations as well
as your company policies for signal maintenance and inspection to ensure
that you are always in compliance.
RailDOCS is composed of two
primary modules: the Tests and Inspections system covers maintenance
activities for your fixed assets, and the Configuration Management System
(CMS) administers component guidelines and enhancements. |

Bolt-On Maps
The Bolt-On Maps application allows you to identify your assets and
track their maintenance graphically.
Plan Management Program
The Plan Management Program handles the storage and maintenance of your
plans for railroad fixed infrastructure.
Signal Maintenance Auditing
The Preventive Maintenance Management Auditing function ensures the
content and timeliness of testing and inspection records and the completeness
and accuracy of configuration data.
Collaboration and Security
Internet-based applications like RailDOCS make it easy for you to share
information with other departments, companies, and business partners,
gaining all the benefits created by simplified communications and shared,
real-time data. Because RailDOCS is delivered via the web in a Software
as a Service (SaaS) business model, business continuity and data security
